For me, as the resident chef, it is quick, easy and delicious. Making eggs to order takes about three minutes per person.
First I will whisk a pinch of garlic salt into two eggs in a bowl with a fork. While I am whisking, about 1/2 tsp of butter is melting in pan. When the butter is foaming but before it is brown, pour in the eggs all at once.
Let the eggs sit undisturbed to cook for about two minutes. Then gently lift and fold them until cooked through. Turn out onto a plate and serve hot.
