Along side this evening's meal I had some spinach sticks left over from today's brunch. It's a sneaky and fun way to get the kids to eat their vegetables. Spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, and garlic salt blended together then wrapped in phyllo dough. Baked at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes these were a great contrast of crispy and creamy for a side dish to the steaks.
I think I broke my losing streak.
