2 TLBS soy sauce
1 pound salmon filets
When ready to cook, turn the salmon back over so the skin is on the foil. Sprinkle salmon generously with garlic salt.
Bake for 20 minutes. Change the oven temp to broil and cook for 5 minutes longer. (No need to move the rack).
Done! My one pound of salmon produced four portions. Along with broccoli and baked sweet potatoes, we had a colorful home cooked meal.
