Long day, long couple of weeks, one really long winter.
Pure all natural peanut butter. Imported 52% mango-peach jam. Two sliced of bread totaling a scant combined 75 calories.
With both kids gone for the weekend, I still need to eat but see no reason to cook a full blown meal.
Comfort food. Sorta healthy. Totally delicious.
