This fish cooks so quickly, I waited until the rice cooker had finished before even starting the fish. This was so good, that each of my kids asked for seconds - yes, even my picky eater of a daughter.
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon Madras curry powder
- 1 tilapia fish fillets.
Remove the cooked fish with a spatula and place on a paper-towel lined plate. Squeeze with one half of a cut lemon, if desired. Serve hot.
