One quart of quality beef stock.
One tablespoon of giardiniera sauce.
Combine the beef stock and the giardinera sauce in a pan over medium low heat. Prepare your rolls, cheese, plates, bowls for additional dipping broth. When the broth is steaming, add the beef and stir gently with tongs to heat through - about one minute. Remove beef from the stock to your buns, add cheese and additional giardinera to your taste.
It's that simple.
