Another one of those quick mid-week suppers that I put in the oven to bake while I did other things. Mix one cup of Greek yogurt with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and some salt and pepper. Spread on top of skinless boneless chicken breasts and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes. I added some potato wedges to the pan. You could also add vegetables to roast and round out your meal. Yes, sometimes supper is this easy.
