This grill would be great for a weekend pinch hitter on a camping trip. I don't think it will last the summer. Two shortcomings are that it is too small to get a good heat going and the grill where the food cooks sits too close to the charcoal.
But ... since we have it we are using it!
This made enough chicken for two meals, later in the week we will have shredded Carolina chicken BBQ with coleslaw.
The kids do not like mushrooms, hence the single serving that I sautéed in a touch of real butter and fresh cracked pepper.
