I did, for whatever reason, make the entire pork roast this weekend into BBQ pulled pork. I also made a vinegar based coleslaw rich with dry mustard and celery seeds. Tonight I served them together with a side of fresh green beans.
The greenbeans were not from my garden or a farmer's market, but my market has such a great vegetable selection, these were the next best thing. Snap each end off and discard. Parboil to partially cook, then finish in a tablespoon of butter and a 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala. My absolute favorite way to eat green beans.
