Pizza dough is a simple mixture of one yeast packet dissolved in 1 1/4 cup of warm water, then combined with 1 tsp. salt and 3-4 cups all purpose flour. If you're feeling it, you can add a splash of olive oil. I prefer to coat my pizza pan with olive oil so I leave it out of the dough. Let this mixture rise until doubled in size and you are ready to make some pizza. Or calzones. Or garlic knots. Whatever strikes your fancy.
