My American style pancakes are now world famous. (OK, I left my recipe with my friend in Singapore - that counts, right?) But in the interest of being interesting, I tried a new recipe tonight. Sour Cream Pancakes. (click for recipe)
The pancake pictured above is a perfect example of one cooked WITH the requested butter. Nicely golden with a bit of an exterior crunch. These pancakes were very tender and reminiscent of a Swedish pancake with their egg flavor.
