I reheated on the stove top the left over smashed potatoes and pan roasted broccoli from last night. While I do take my lunch to work every day, sometimes the joy of left overs needs to spread between the entire family.
Remove the roast to a serving dish, slice across the grain and spoon the cooking liquid over. Serve hot. If you are a pork eater, this is absolutely delicious. Leftovers are great with BBQ on a nice bakery roll.
