I ran out of filling before I ran out of dough. I ended up with seven calzones and several cheese filled rolls. I baked these in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
I used 100 gram portions of the dough for each calzone. This made large pies, big enough for teenagers. I will make these again with a traditional pizza style filling. Leftovers? Nope, they are all gone.
