These were very easy and don't require any special recipe. Simply make your favorite pancake batter, add two chopped apples and two teaspoons of cinnamon. Drop by tablespoons full into hot (350 degree) neutral oil, fry turning once. Drain on paper towels, then move to a cooling rack set over a cookie sheet to drizzle - ok drown - in a powdered sugar and milk glaze. The best part was eating them while they were still warm.
