This brisket is so easy to make and so delicious I make it for my family about once a week.
The night before you are going to cook the brisket, you need to marinate it.
In a crock pot, put 1/2 cup water, 2 TLBS Worcestershire sauce and 1 TLBS liquid smoke. (Found at the grocery in the aisle with the Worcestershire). This is the wet mop.
Sprinkle eah side if the brisket with 1.5 TLBS celery salt, 1 tsp onion powder and 1 tsp garlic powder. (That anount is for one side- do the same amount on the other side). This is the dry rub.
Place the brisket, fat side up, in the wet mop in the crock pot. Cover and refrigerator overnight.
The next day, remove the pot from the fridge, place in your cooker and cook all day on low. (Today mine cooked for 11 hours).
When everything else is ready, take the meat out and place on the previously used serving dish. Slice the meat against the grain. Pass additional BBQ sauce with the meat.
Store leftovers in the fridge. They reheat wonderfully. The one leftovers my kids eat.
